Privacy and cookies
What this website collects, the cookies it uses, and how to change your choice.

In short
- Analytics cookies stay off unless you accept them.
- If you accept, Google Analytics shows us which pages people read. It does not tell us who you are.
- Analytics data is never used for adverts, and never sold.
- You can change your choice at any time on this page.
What Google Analytics collects
Only if you accept: which pages people visit and how they use them. Not who you are.
- the pages you visit, and for how long
- how you found the site, such as a search engine or a link
- your type of device, browser and screen size
- your rough location, such as your town or country, worked out from your IP address
- simple actions, such as opening a question or changing a filter
Actions are recorded without the medicine, side effect or question you chose. Google Analytics does not store your IP address.
The site never asks for your name or email address. It has no forms and no accounts.
Google’s advertising features are switched off. Analytics data is never used for adverts.
How long it is kept
Detailed analytics data is deleted after 2 months.
After that, only totals remain, such as how many visits each page had. Totals cannot be linked back to you.
Who sees the data
Only the person who runs ADHDnotepad, and Google, which handles it for us.
Google may handle the data in the United States. The UK-US data bridge covers this.
We never sell data or share it with anyone else.
Like every website, the companies that host ADHDnotepad keep short technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure and working.
If you email us
Your email address and message are used only to reply to you.
We never add you to a mailing list or share your email.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it.
Email adhdnotepad@gmail.com.
Analytics data does not include your name, so we usually cannot pick out one person’s visits. Rejecting analytics cookies stops any more being collected.
If you are unhappy with how your data is handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Who is responsible
ADHDnotepad is run by Adam Odushola, who is responsible for your data (the data controller).
Analytics runs only with your consent. Replying to your emails relies on our legitimate interest in answering you.
If this page changes, the date at the top changes too.
